We have 4 buildings located near Cote St. Luc Rd. and Westminster. With an on site management office and superintendent, we are always available for your needs. Our tenants are family oriented, respectful and come from all backgrounds. We don’t accept dogs. The building is cement and quiet and offers peace of mind and a nice quality of life with a lifeguarded indoor and outdoor pool as well as a heated sauna for the cold days. Lastly, we have indoor and outdoor parking, storage lockers and laundry facilities. You will be able to access downtown Montreal, either by a 15 minute drive or by using the easily accessible public transportation which is a minute away from our buildings.
